Return Policy

At Gabe’s and Old Time Pottery, our customers are our top priority! We want you to be happy with all your purchases. If you are unhappy with your purchase, please bring the merchandise for return or exchange with your valid receipt within 30 days* of purchase for a hassle-free process.  

Returns with original receipt or valid proof of purchase:

You may return merchandise with a valid original receipt or valid proof of purchase for a full refund or exchange within 30 days*. Refunds will be issued in the form of original payment.

  • Purchases made with cash, check, or debit cards using a pin will be refunded as cash.
  • Purchases made with credit will be refunded as credit only, to the same card used in the original purchase.
  • Purchases made with a coupon will receive refund in amount paid after coupon is applied. The value of the redeemed coupon will not be refunded.

Returns with original receipt or valid proof of purchase beyond 30 days: 

  • Returns with a valid receipt or proof of purchase made beyond 30 days from the date of purchase will be refunded in the form of store credit only.

No Returns Without a Receipt or Valid Proof of Purchase: 

  • We will not accept returns without an original receipt or valid proof of purchase. 
  • We can attempt to validate your purchase using the physical or electronic receipt or your Gabe’s Unbelievable Rewards! Account. We use refund verification systems, which may require a valid ID (state driver’s license, state ID card, or military ID).

Merchandise Condition:

Merchandise must be in new condition, with tags attached, and in original packaging. Swimwear and intimates items must have original liners. Merchandise that is worn or used will not be accepted for return.

Exceptions:

Gift cards, food (including CBD products), magazine subscriptions, items sold “as-is”, and select seasonal items are not available for return. Visit a store associate for details.

EBT Cash Card Returns:

Purchases made using EBT Cash cards cannot be returned for legal tender. Instead, shoppers will be given an in-store credit in the amount of the purchase price as listed on their receipt. We will not accept returns without an original receipt or valid proof of purchase. 


All returns are subject to manager approval and/or the return verification system, which is used to process and track all returns. Returns may be limited or declined based on the return verification system. The return verification system uses customer data and transaction information to authorize returns. *30-day timeframe for items purchased through layaway begins at the time of final payment or merchandise pick up.


Clearance and Gift-Card Sales are Final and Non-Refundable. Thank you for understanding!
