Lauren is here to show us how to spruce up the bathroom for Fall!
Fall is such a fun time to decorate! Don’t you agree? The colors are my favorite part about Fall. I love the deep oranges, browns, yellows, greens, deep blues, and of course all things pumpkin! Old Time Pottery gifted me with a $100 gift card to do a Fall refresh in my bathroom. Let’s see what I came up with!
I decided to do my bathroom/laundry room, the one used by guests and seen by others than just my family. Old Time Pottery had a great selection of pumpkins as always. I grabbed a six inch ceramic pumpkin with a white bottom half and a three inch ceramic pumpkin with an orange bottom half and placed them on the counter top in a carved wood flower petal bowl. Finishing off the counter top, I placed some hand soap, a tall black candlestick and burgundy candle in a rectangular tray.
Old Time Pottery always has the best selections and most affordable floral pieces. I picked out my favorite Fall florals, a sunflower, fern, berry stems, leaves, all of the pretty colors I mentioned earlier. After a little searching, I found the perfect black metal basket with cutouts and placed a small piece of burlap in the bottom and arranged the flowers and stems on top. I hung the basket and flower arrangement on the wall right above the light switch.
I found a canvas painting that matched everything perfectly and has images of trees with the most beautiful yellows, browns and greyish blues. Directly beneath the painting, hangs the towel rack, and for that I purchased an oatmeal colored towel and hand towel to match. Last but not least, a new rug was a must! The selection of rugs at Old Time Pottery is out of this world. I got something to tie in all of the colors, which was a woven light and dark denim, white, and jute with navy blue stitching throughout.
Thank you, Old Time Pottery for always keeping my home refreshed with the best décor!
