If you have been following me for a while, you know that my favorite season is fall! From the pumpkin spice, falling leaves, cooler temps, pumpkin patches, and so on…I just can’t get enough of all things FALL! Therefore, when Old Time Pottery reached out to me to write a blog post detailing their new fall arrivals, I couldn’t have been more excited!
I recently went to their store in Murfreesboro, TN to shop for some items to spruce up my mantle for fall. With all of their selections, I had a hard time narrowing down what exactly I wanted to use for this project. I decided that I wanted to stick to a neutral color pallet, since that’s what my entire house consist of currently. I went with the earth tones to bring in the cozy fall feeling that I love. I chose the cutest wood sign (listed below).
Once I had my focal point of the mantle, I decided to use this sign and arrange all the other decor items around this. Notice how I use odd numbers of groupings throughout my design. This is something that I always do to create balance, which is super important when decorating.
These cute little flowers for accents were only 2.49! I love how they are wrapped in twine! SO CUTE!
I couldn’t resist this pumpkin with the distressed details. It’s also always appropriate to work in a floral of some type. I love that these faux stems really helped tie in my color scheme while creating height for my display as well.
I am OBSESSED with how this turned out with the wreath and old vintage looking basket. I would highly recommend using pumpkins to fill spaces when decorating for fall. They are the perfect size to fill empty spaces that would otherwise look pretty bare if left alone. The texture of these pumpkins were just a bonus that really drew me to them in the store.
I am a sucker for white pumpkins and OTP had a great selection! These are great for sitting around your home to create a fall theme.
These small white pumpkins make great basket fillers. I also use them to fill my lanterns or vases to add some fall flair!
I had the best time shopping the newest fall trends at Old Time Pottery! I hope you enjoyed shopping with me to create a fall mantle, as well as, adding some fall flair to your home. Below you will see the final result of my mantle, and I couldn’t be happier with how it turned out. When you are sprucing up your home this fall, be sure to keep Old Time Pottery in mind for all your decor needs!
