We were so excited to team up with lifestyle bloggers, Savannah and Casey, with “Hey Wanderer.” They styled beautiful Old Time Pottery Christmas decorations on the exterior of their home for the holidays. Read it all in their own words below to see how they styled the ensemble with all Old Time Pottery decor!
Decorating Your Home for The Holidays
"I know we all say this every year but how is it already Thanksgiving and how are we only 33 days from Christmas?!?! While I am always happy for the holiday season to arrive, we like to wait to decorate for Christmas until after Thanksgiving. We did get the outside of our house decorated a day early, and that's what we're here to show you today. You guys, we got all of this from Old Time Pottery for under $150- 6 wreaths, the red ribbon, 2 Christmas trees, and 14 strands of lights for less than $150. We don't have a super huge house but it's large enough that you could spend a small fortune trying to make it look festive, but we didn't have to thanks to Old Time Pottery!
One of the ways we saved money on our outdoor Christmas decor was by making our own bows for our wreaths. You can buy lots of pre-made bows at Old Time Pottery, but if you are on a tight budget and you have a little patience, you can make your own bows like we did!
We have been wanting wreaths on our windows for Christmas since we moved in. It's such a classic Christmas look and we are thrilled with the end result. Another way to save money is to wrap lights around your wreaths instead of buying pre-lit wreaths. Again, Old Time Pottery has beautiful pre-lit wreath options. We just wanted to show you how you can get the biggest bang for your buck.
See our video, so you can make your own bows, which are great to put all over your house for Christmas. They are great on wreaths or garland or on your Christmas tree. So many options!"
Thanks, Savannah and Casey, for the great options on great Christmas decor that stay in the budget.
