HOW TO: BALANCE THE KIDS' SPACE IN THE PARENTS' BATHROOM

Once you become a parent, your personal space is pretty much non existent. From sharing your food to (unfortunately for some of us) sharing your bed, we all still long for a space that is still “ours” with no toys in sight. I don’t know about y’all, but that space for me is my bathroom/bathtub. Bath time is “me” time for me! I mean, who wants to take a bath with the whole cast of Toy Story staring at you?

I decided to finally get my space back with the help of Old Time Pottery! Y’all already know how much I love their baskets! We already have so many of them which have helped me organize other spaces in our home so I knew that was the first thing I needed, plus they make a pretty cute hiding place for all of the bath toys! Want to take it another step further? Add some new towels on top to really hide them! Out of sight, out of mind!

I couldn’t believe the amount of towels and all of the color options that Old Time Pottery had! I opted to stay safe with white because… kids! To finish it off, I grabbed the cutest bath towel and floor mirror! This specific mirror is part of their new spring collection and I’m OBSESSED!

As for helping my counters feel less cluttered, I grabbed clear containers and soap holders from their bathroom storage section. They had so many great options for jewelry as well! I made my own labels to put on them and BAM! Our bathroom looks so much more cohesive, organized, and fresh!
