We teamed up with Vogue for Breakfast blogger and fashion/lifestyle influencer, Savilla Mountain, to see how she shows off her design skills and decorated her front porch for the fall season! Read it all in her own words below to see how she styled it on a budget, with Old Time Pottery decor. Savilla Mountain sitting on her porch with fall décor "In today’s post, I’m teaming up with Old Time Pottery to show you how easy it is to decorate your porch for Fall, even if you’re decorating on a budget. I’m also sharing some fun giveaway details at the end of the post! Old Time Pottery has compensated me for this post + provided the products featured in it, however all opinions are 100% my own. Y’all already know I’m crazy about this time of year, and I love decorating my home for Fall. One area that I’m ashamed to say has been lacking over the years is my front porch. But not this year! Old Time Pottery graciously sent me a gift card to spruce up my porch and I had so much fun shopping their Fall selections. If you have never been to an Old Time Pottery, they have so much inventory. Currently, our local Old Time Pottery has seasonal items for Fall and Winter, plus all of their regular inventory (floral, pillows, wall decor, etc.). With their large selection, you’ll find everything you need to decorate your porch for Fall. It can be a little overwhelming to tackle a project like your front porch, especially if you are decorating on a budget. But, the good news is, your porch doesn’t have to be over-the-top to look fun & festive.

How to decorate your porch for Fall on a budget:

1. Start with a wreath.

The first thing I did was find a wreath that I loved, and then used the colors in the wreath to tie in additional items. The perfect wreath for front door fall décor

2. Choose 1 or 2 statement pieces.

If you find two, they do not have to be the same! I loved the Trick or Treat planter and then Adam found the Jack-O-Lantern planter & I knew I had to have both. Inside the Jack-O-Lantern is live mums. But, inside the Trick or Treat Planter, I opted for artificial flowers that matched my wreath. Flowers that I don’t have to remember to water? WINNING. 3. Add some balance.

Since the statement pieces didn’t match, I wanted to add some continuity on both sides with the wheat stalks. A Trick or Treat decorative piece

4. Finish with pumpkins and/or mums.

Both are inexpensive, and give your porch the bright & colorful “WOW factor.” I plan to add more colorful mums and green pumpkins this weekend. Choose some quality pieces that you love and can use from year to year, and then fill in with some bright pumpkins & flowers (live or artificial). I highly recommend checking out Old Time Pottery because they have great pieces to get your home Fall ready, on both the inside & outside!" Thanks for partnering with us, Savilla!
